We believe this is potentially a pivotal point in our history. There are many challenges right now, and more ahead. So much around us encourages silos, division, separation and contributes to making leadership a very lonely business. You and I believe in people, and especially the young people who bring so much hope, energy and expertise to our work and lives.

We have a precious moment together in these ancient buildings. We will see if we can imagine and craft a way forward, together, rather than apart.
