During Covid-19, we saw young leaders answer the call, and ‘run towards the fire’. We also saw that we have not invested enough in these emerging leaders, leaving them unconnected, underprepared, and underpowered to tackle the increasingly complex challenges ahead of them.
The Commonwealth, The All-Wales Intensive Learning Academy programme, Swansea University, The College of Medicine and Integrated Care, and the Dragon’s Heart Institute are launching the Commonwealth Leaders Institute during an exciting 36 hours at St George’s House, Windsor Castle, June 13-15th 2024.
